This is a list of some officiants licensed to perform civil unions in the state of Hawai'i. This is not meant to be an endorsement of those listed, but is simply intended to be a reference guide for couples considering entering into a civil union. Please note that officiants affiliated with a religious entity may have additional requirements that are part of their respective faith traditions for a ceremony to be performed. Discuss all options and requirements with your intended officiant.

Civil union partners will receive all spousal rights and duties under Hawai`i law. But civil unions still do NOT equal marriage. True equality for same-sex couples requires marriage equality. Get involved and help end anti-gay discrimination in civil marriage!
